Training

No matter what your skill set or level, we offer Metrology training from beginner to expert for CMM Operators and CMM Programmers. Training can be provided at our facility or at your facility. Training can be arranged to suit your work schedule – evenings or weekends. We recommend that students in the same class hold the same degree of knowledge in order to progress at an efficient pace. Each student will need to complete a preliminary test to determine his/her experience and knowledge.

CMM Operators are a critical link in the measurement and inspection chain. Training them can increase the value and usability of measurement systems. In addition to introduction to CMM, the course includes introduction to basic computer skills, fundamentals of metrology and introduction to GD&T. Training topics are as follows:

The CMM Programmer Basic Training program was specially designed to incorporate the 25 years of knowledge and experience the founder gained in the field. Training includes theory and practice while guiding you, even without having any knowledge of CMM. You will be trained on Pc-Dmis software, premier software in the Metrology industry.
